I cannot say enough good things about Michael and Stacy. We are first time home buyers and they walked us through every step of the process. I felt comfortable asking any and all questions. And whether by phone, email, or text they were always quick to respond. Their recommendations for the various people we needed as part of the home buying process (e.g. mortgage broker, inspector) were also top notch. We are so thankful we worked with the Spickes and have been recommending them to our friends that are looking to buy or sell a home. And we are still reaching out them as we go through repairs! So thankful to have them as we get our first home in good shape.
