They were so helpful from the very beginning. They came out and took a look at my house this fall and gave me an idea of the things that I could do to get my house ready to put on the market. Michael had the idea to remove the broken hot tub and redo the deck which was a fabulous idea. They worked with my handyman on little projects to get my house looking fabulous. They also gave me great advice on when to put my house on the market. It went on the market over spring break when the grass was starting to green up and my house looked beautiful. Stacey even bought plants and a new mat for my front door. She helped me as I was getting ready for the showings to know what things needed to be cleared out. She held two open houses and I think there were close to 50 groups that went through in those two days which resulted in six very strong offers. She made a spreadsheet for me so I could compare all of these offers and helped me decide which one to choose. It was such an enjoyable and stress-free experience. I would highly recommend them!
