I would like to express my total satisfaction with the Spickes as I purchased my new home in Austin. I was hesitant about the move since I have many fond memories of my husband in the Northwest. When I came to look for a house about two months ago in Austin, both Stacy and Michael did everything possible to make me feel welcome and assured me that they would help me find a house that I would like. The most important thing that I can say about the Spickes is that there was never any pressure as they showed me homes around Austin. If I didn’t like a house, they accepted that fact, and we moved on. After I made an offer on the house I finally bought, they both kept in close communication and e-mailed me often to answer questions and to keep me informed of what was transpiring. Stacy has also worked closely with my son-in-law so that he could inspect the property and be my representative since I was in the process of selling my house in Washington. I highly recommend the Spickes as real estate agents for anyone in the market purchasing a home. They are ultimate professionals and have been very supportive and positive to me as I have made this transition.
