Michael and Stacy were a pleasure to work with. From our initial contact, they spent a good deal of time getting to know Megan and I and what we were looking for in our home search. Being new to the Austin area, they did a great job of explaining the pros and cons of each area in and around the city as well as some recommendations on where we may want to look. What really stood out to me was the day we spent looking around at various homes with Michael and Stacy. There was never any pressure and they would just let my wife and I roam around a house, knowing that we appreciated the time alone to talk through how we felt. They did a great job of reserving their own opinions and only presenting us with facts as we looked at each home. Once we were down to our final few homes, I was very impressed with how they would ask open questions to help my wife and I really understand what we did and didn’t like with the last few options. Being remote, the negotiation and closing process could have been a difficult endeavor but Michael and Stacy were there the whole time, always accessible, to be sure that things went smoothly. At the end of the day, we were pleasantly surprised with how smoothly the whole process went. If any of our friends or family end up relocating to Austin, we wouldn’t think twice to give them Michael and Stacy’s contact information.
