Michael and Stacy did an excellent job in helping me purchase my house. They were up and preparing documents as late as midnight on a failed home purchase (seller’s unwillingness to budge burned the deal). At that point, I knew that Michael and Stacy were the right team for me. I then purchased a nicer house the following month at a lower price than the previous failed attempt. It was a struggle to get through the financing process, but Michael and Stacy provided excellent communication between myself and the sellers. The deal went through (finally) and I am now enjoying my new home.
