While Michael and Stacy generally tag-team nearly all aspects of helping clients buy and sell real estate, Michael’s strength lies particularly in the buyer representation: the onboarding process, establishing foundational property search parameters, handling home tour and showing logistics, prepare detailed pricing analysis, and handling offer negotiations. He enjoys educating prospective clients on market stats and trends, and he is great at leveraging technology to accelerate and streamline a client’s learning curve toward the home buying and selling process, empowering clients to make the best and most informed decision possible. He is masterful at bringing context to questions and curiosity about specific geographical areas of focus. Michael is great at meeting clients where they are in their individual and unique journey.

Prior to his leap into real estate, Michael spent ten years as an Executive Recruiter in the Austin high-tech industry.  And prior to his recruiting career, he served for four years in the United States Navy and fought for our country in Operation Desert Storm.  When not working with clients or running the day-to-day operations of their real estate practice, Michael loves an afternoon of golf, fly-fishing in the Rocky Mountains, or taking off on some amazing traveling adventure with Stacy.
